Get stuck in:
From the very beginning you’ll be working within a practical environment; being mentored and learning from your colleagues who have years of professional engineering experience. Your contribution to the business starts immediately.
During the course of your apprenticeship, you’ll gain a minimum of three recognised qualifications, all funded by the business! As your career develops, you may even get the opportunity to train in more specialised areas, receiving the qualifications to match.
Get a career:
98% of our apprentices go on to receive an offer of full-time employment after they have completed and passed their course. Some of our longest serving employees started out as apprentices and have since worked their way up to senior management positions.
Our unique Apprenticeship + Scheme is accredited by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), so you’ll be a professionally registered engineer as soon as you have completed your training, with opportunities to gain further chartered status as your career progresses.
From day one you will get paid! Plus, you will receive the same benefits that our other employees do. Not only do you get paid for your time working, you even get paid for your time spent studying.
