We’ve tried to make our recruitment process as smooth as possible for you. You will go through a number of stages so we can identify the best candidates for our business.
Hundreds of apprentices apply for our scheme every year so make sure you don’t miss the deadline.
If we deem you suitable for an apprenticeship, we will invite you in to complete an aptitude test. The topics covered are: maths, english and engineering knowledge.
If we think you have the right attitude and talent to work at British Engines, you will be invited to a face to face interview.
If your first interview goes well, we will invite you to a final interview at one of our businesses. You will be interviewed by a member of the Group HR team and a Technical Manager. In this interview we will be able to answer any questions you have about the business. This interview isn’t just our chance to find out whether you’re right for us, it’s also your chance to decide whether we’re right for you.
If you are successful, we will call to offer you a place on the British Engines Apprenticeship+ Scheme. If you aren’t successful this time we will let you know – and if you’d like more feedback, just ask.
