We’ve tried to make our graduate recruitment process as smooth as possible for you. You will go through a number of stages so we can identify the best graduates for our business.
Look out for graduate job opportunities on our website and through your university. Our job adverts will detail which of the British Engines businesses are looking to recruit for that year and in which disciplines. Hundreds of graduates apply for our scheme every year so make sure you don’t miss the deadline.
First Stage: Interview
If you are successful in the registration process, you will be invited to an interview at the hiring business where you will be interviewed by a Senior Manager within your discipline department.
Second Stage: Interview/ Presentation
If we then need to shortlist following the first interview you will be invited to a second and final interview which may also include a presentation.
The interview process isn’t just our chance to find out whether you’re right for us. It’s also your chance to decide whether we’re right for you so come prepared with questions and anything you would like to know about the job.
