You will need to complete an online form and upload a copy of your CV.

Timings vary, but our graduate window opens around February and closes in May. Graduate roles are most likely to start in August or September.

  • Mechanical Engineering

    Graduate mechanical engineer roles are available in our BEL Valves, Rotary Power, CMP and Stephenson Gobin companies.

    You will be working as a team ensuring all projects are completed in time and to specification. Your main responsibilities will include the preparation of technical documentation, hand calculations, design, liaising with clients/suppliers and understanding risk assessments in accordance with legislative requirements.

  • Project Management

    A graduate project manager will typically find themselves working to gain a level of understanding across all business support areas. This will include customer management and support, risk management, project planning coordination, quality planning and supply chain coordination.

    Our graduate scheme offers you a structured training programme, a career path within the group and the opportunity to continue with further studies and/or qualifications.
