Recruitment for all of our group companies and their offices is managed by our British Engines central services HR team based in Newcastle. The team at head office advise all businesses on the recruitment of employees at all levels and act as a hub for all applications and job offers. The team work closely with each business’ HR Partner, who takes the lead in recruitment, ensuring the best people for each role are recruited.
Our experienced recruitment professionals work with recruitment agencies where relevant. We have formal supply agreements with key agencies and it should be noted that agencies should not contact British Engines speculatively.
If you are offered an interview for a British Engines vacancy you can expect to be provided with information on the role, company information and an opportunity to get the know the business and our people. Depending on the role we are recruiting for, a second round of interviews may be required.
